We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a FULL REFUND, no questions asked.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send damage proof images to There is no return label cost for damaged or incorrect items and you will be sent a complimentary return label to use after damage proof is verified.

All Other Return Types

 Return customers are responsible for paying the return label fee for all other return types except damaged, incorrect or misshipped items. We suggest using and creating a free account for a fast and cheap return process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
